While annotating a bunch of old projects, I came across a
weird sparse music web app from 2014.
I think it felt stupid immediately after I put it out, but now I'm kind of enjoying it. There it is, your go-to web page if you need occasional piano plinks. (You gotta turn sound on; works in Firefox, did not try Chrome recently.)
